Beautiful Intimate Wedding Venue in Devon

We had our wedding reception at Dainton Golf Club on 28.06.25 and I cannot recommend this venue enough! Emma was so helpful with organising, and the whole team on the night were amazing too. The whole night ran so smoothly. We chose the BBQ buffet and it was so tasty, the food was amazing.
The venue just speaks for itself, the two rooms are so pretty and the view of the golf course makes it too!

We had our wedding reception at Dainton Golf Club and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day. We met with Emma a few times who helped us plan all the arrangements for the wedding and she couldn’t have done enough for us. She was so friendly and kind and did everything we asked for; made suggestions for us which was very helpful too. She was amazing. On the day we had Anna and team helping with food and drinks and just overall they were amazing and so attentive. They made us feel so relaxed and comfortable and many guests said how much they appreciated them being friendly and so helpful. The food….absolutely amazing. There was so much of it and very high quality. I would recommend this venue to anyone. Thank you so much Dainton team, we will always remember how perfect the day was.

Our daughter had their wedding there and we had an amazing day! The venue looked lovely, and the staff were so helpful and you could see they wanted to be part of making the day go smoothly, which it certainly did. The events organiser paid attention to all the detail of what the bride and groom wanted their day to be like. Thank you all involved 😊

We held our wedding reception at Dainton Park Golf Club this Christmas. From start to finish it was a great experience. Emma is wonderful to work with and incredibly responsive. She was supportive, friendly and helpful and seemed to really care. We had some recommendations from them for suppliers who they’ve had experience of too. They all turned out to be great and given how difficult it is to find good people who are willing to work on a wedding at Christmas we were really grateful for that. The food was amazing. The menus is extensive and the food was beautifully cooked. My daughter and I both have dietary restrictions and Dainton couldn’t have done more to go out of their way to accommodate us. The decor was absolutely beautiful and all of the staff were lovely. They made the whole thing so much easier than it might otherwise have been and having that stress taken from you is priceless. If you’re thinking about holding a wedding or special event here don’t hesitate.

We organised a very last minute wedding at Dainton and they were brilliant and so accommodating. Emma was great and made sure everything was perfect and ran smoothly. Perfect wedding day and they helped us pull together a wedding reception in 4 weeks, supportive staff and the food was exceptional everyone commented on it being the best wedding food they have ever had. Huge compliment as allot of foodies in the room. The venue looked beautiful and lots of space

We had the most amazing Wedding Day at Dainton and we couldn’t recommend it as a Venue highly enough. From start to finish Emma was absolutely brilliant, she answered all of our questions and gave us so much flexibility so that we could have our day exactly how we wanted it. On the actual day itself everything was organised perfectly, the room looked gorgeous and the staff couldn’t have done more for us. We had so many compliments about the food from all of our guests with a lot of them saying it was the best food they’d ever had at a wedding. If you’re looking for high quality for a very reasonable price, Dainton is your venue!

Emma and her team were fantastic, we couldn't of asked for a more perfect day, food was absolutely amazing, it was the perfect setting for a perfect day. The weather was glorious too.
