Front of House, full time, £13.50 phr
We are seeking someone with a friendly, professional manner, looking to progress their career in hospitality. Become an integral part of our food and beverage team, providing the best possible customer service for members and visitors.
Full time flexible hrs, including some evening and weekend shifts
What you'll do
- Greet customers, serve drinks, wait tables
- Take orders, process payments, ensure efficient service
- Keep the bar and restaurant area clean and organised, including restocking supplies
- Guide junior staff with standard operating procedures
- Opening and closing procedures, cash handling, daily reporting
- Help make private hire events memorable and magical
- Address complaints, report to management
Skills and qualifications
- A passion for hospitality. Service can be transactional, hospitality is a feeling. If you know, you know!
- A social, fun-loving persona. Be part of a close knit team
- Good communication skills and a willingness to listen
- Ability to multitask during busy service
- Desire to upsell and encourage repeat custom
- Get to know members and regular customers: names, favourite drinks, rubbish jokes!
- Stamina to work long shifts and endure physical activity
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
